Kim Morgan is the owner and Managing Director of Barefoot Coaching Ltd.  She is one of the leading executive business and personal coaches, who has pioneered and led externally certified University Masters Level Post Graduate Awards in Coach Training since 2001.   Kim has over 25 years experience of training and development and her expertise includes psychotherapy; executive, business and group coaching and mentoring.
Kim established and runs a large membership association for Barefoot Coaching alumni, providing them with on-going training and development, coaching supervision, annual conferences and events which attract world-class speakers and presenters from the world of coaching, business and psychology.
She is also Co-Director of Next Generation Coaching Ltd, an organisation set up to take the benefits of coaching into family lives. Next Generation Coaching is the lead parent expert  organisation working for Dame Kelly Holmes as part of her Expert Academy.
