Tom is the founder of Thomas Preston & Associates. During his career, her has participated in the management buy-out of a major commodity-trading firm of which he became the director. He was also managing director of a private equity fund and the chief operating officer of an investment bank in Asia. Tom is an international executive coach and has written 'Coach Yourself to Success'. Tom’s coaching style is business and results focussed, empathetic yet challenging.
