Coaching skills, be it in a formal coaching environment or in a corporate set up, have become part and partial of daily interactions with people, both professionally and personally. It has definitely become a key tool in my toolkit as a manager, and is becoming even more important at a time where practically any knowledge can be replaced by systems or by cyberspace. I had no coaching experience at the start of the programme, however, I feel that the way the programme is structured helped me get up to speed very quickly. I am learning a lot and I can apply it immediately in my work and personal environment where I have seen an improvement in the effectiveness of my interactions. The programme is a treat for anyone who likes being and working with people, and I can recommend it as such!
