Understanding Depression & Anxiety Disorders

We are often asked by coaches where the line is between stress and a mental health problem, or where the line is between therapy and coaching. The intention of this course is to give each attendee a detailed understanding of a range of common mental health issues, to leave you with a clearer view of where these boundaries lie. This course is open to everybody, with no prior experience assumed or expected. Whatever your current knowledge, you are welcome here.   Six-week Online Course: 1 hour per week for six weeks

Managing your Stress & Anxiety with CBT

This course is open to everybody, with no prior experience assumed or expected. Whatever your current knowledge, you are welcome here. Coaching Skills Foundation Course

An introduction to coaching for managers, leaders or individuals who would like to incorporate some coaching tools and techniques into their business and personal lives. Delegates will be in a group of up to 24 people. Coaching Skills for Parents - Train the Trainer Course - Online (July-August 2020)

The programme has been designed to meet the needs of parents and families as they face up to the daily challenges of family life. The programme has been tried and tested for over 10 years and has been run in large corporate organisations such as Citigroup, Belron plc, Morgan Stanley, Cooper Parry, Boots; in SMEs; to the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust; in local authority Housing Associations; in the NHS; in schools and to public groups – always to resounding success. There are often waiting lists from delegates to attend the programmes.

Effective Feedback Skills - 20th July

A regular supervisory issue that coaches bring to us is around the non directive to directive continuum as a coach and when to be more directive in holding the mirror up in service of the client. No Stone Unturned - 21st July

Delegates will be introduced to Barefoot Coaching’s No Stone Unturned Model, developed by Kim Morgan.  The model explores the role and attitude of the coach in supporting clients to make changes and all the different areas which need to be addressed to ensure ‘no stone is left unturned’ in helping clients make changes in their behaviour and beliefs.  Each delegate will receive a pack of No Stone Unturned Cards with suggested coaching questions and there will be lots of opportunity to practice using the cards in coaching pairs or triads.   Delivered by:
