Cognitive and Behavioural Approaches are particularly useful for challenging unhelpful beliefs and assumptions, negative patterns of thinking and behaving and for introducing coping skills for dealing with specific situations.

By the end of the workshop, delegates will:
Be able to….help clients to break out of rigid habits and patterns such as perfectionism and people-pleasing
Have learned about….how to work with really “stuck” patterns of behaviour and how to help people break out of them
Have practiced…applying practical techniques for tackling mood, motivation, anxiety and real behavioural change
Understand…what is really going on when someone is resistant to change through our typical coaching interventions and how to help them to make some progress
