Accredited coaches who would like to learn some cognitive and behavioural techniques to use in coaching sessions with clients. In particular, this session will focus upon working with clients who hold rigid beliefs or behaviour patterns. For example, perfectionism, people pleasing or low self-esteem.
By the end of the workshop, delegates will:
Be able to help clients to break out of rigid habits and patterns such as perfectionism and people-pleasing.
Have learned about how to work with really “stuck” patterns of behaviour and how to help people break out of them.
Have practiced applying practical techniques for tackling mood, motivation, anxiety and real behavioural change.
Understand what is really going on when someone is resistant to change through our typical coaching interventions and how to help them to make some progress
