Overview:
This session will explore the psychological underpinnings of working and coaching in Cyberspace. It will explore participants’ experience of working online (in cyberspace) and will focus on coaching in cyberspace. The session will be highly interactive, experiential and will use a variety of different activities to engage with your experience and with emerging practice and research. Tammy will integrate thinking from a number of psychological traditions with practice experience and up to date research.

The session has been designed for all coaches who are curious and interested in using psychological understandings and emerging insights from research to inform and enhance their online practice.

Tammy holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in HR/OD Consulting and is an accredited coach and coach supervisor. Tammy is a member of the CIPD and the BPS and the DOP (Division of Occupational Psychology). She has over 20 years experience of working as a coach. Tammy trained in family and group analytic techniques and worked in a mental health therapeutic community prior to training as a social worker.
