Coaching on Life's Big Questions with John Perry - January 2022

Overview: 

Drawing on the work of Viktor Frankl and other leading Existential thinkers, this workshop will provide opportunities for participants to experience how to work with some of life’s ‘big questions’ from an Existential perspective. 

 

Suitable for: 

Trainee and experienced coaches with an interest in adding Coaching on Life’s Big Questions to their offering. 

 

Outline Content: 

  • Helping Clients to explore Existential Questions, including Free Will, Mortality, Isolation, Emotion, Experience and Embodiment 
  • Faith-based and Atheistic approaches to finding Meaning and Purpose 
  • Suffering, Coping and Growth 

 

By the end of the workshop, delegates will:  

  • Be able to Coach effectively on Life’s Big Questions 
  • Have learned about Existential approaches to coping with uncertainty 
  • Have practised how to help clients to explore and resolve key Existential questions 
  • Understand existential approaches to Hope and Joy.
