An introduction to coaching for managers, leaders or individuals who would like to incorporate some coaching tools and techniques into their business and personal lives.
Delegates will be in a group of up to 24 people. Throughout the programme, delegates will have the opportunity to coach, be coached and to observe coaching. Tutors will give live demonstrations of coaching techniques. All delegates will receive a digital course workbook and a certificate of attendance from Barefoot Coaching Ltd.
By the end of the workshop, delegates will:
Be able to….walk away with some really strong coaching practice under your belt, as well as some excellent tools in your back pocket
Have learned about….coaching for the specific context you work in, be it using coaching as part of your management style or using coaching to help people in a more personal context
Have practiced…core coaching skills which will help you to truly enable your coachees to think at their very best and to find solutions that really work for them
Understand…how to open up a coaching conversation, how to manage boundaries and how to hold incredibly effective coaching conversations that help people to feel clearer and more confident.

Anyone interested in finding out more about developing a coaching approach and understanding more about the psychology of change and motivation. This foundation level course could be a springboard to move onto fully ccredited coach training.
