Enabling Change

As coaches we work at a change level every time we are with clients, whether it is transformational or not depends on our skilful intervention. This session explores the multiple levels of change, the levers for change & effective models that coaches can use overtly or covertly with clients to support them in their self-awareness journey  and to build a more empowering reality.

Diane is a trusted and certified coach & coach supervisor who has spent the last 15 years working as a coach and coach supervisor, she is qualified at postgraduate level in coaching and coaching supervision, is an accredited mentor coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF PCC) and offers a breadth and depth of coaching, supervision skills & approaches  as well as a deep psychological understanding of people.

As an experienced leadership coach Diane has extensive expertise in the psychological aspects of coaching and works with clients in a way that is right for them to enable change and transformation.

  • Supporting clients through change considering as coaches who we are is how we coach – our intention and our impact
  • Reminding ourselves of powerful coaching beliefs about others
  • Exploring some helpful change models in our work as coaches and sharing good practice
  • Practicing some tools and techniques to support change in our work with clients
