This programme is a great opportunity for women to spend time thinking about themselves and what they want from life and work and to work with other women who are there for the same reasons.

The programme consists of 5 x 4-hour workshops, with an interval of a few weeks between each workshop and each programme can accommodate up to 24 women. Working with other participants is a key element of the programme, enabling women to extend their existing network.

This programme is structured in such a way that you can concentrate on what is most important to you and your circumstances.  It is suitable for any women who want to advance their careers, are going through change, want more self-belief, confidence or assertiveness or simply some time out to reassess and re-evaluate their values, goals, purpose. 

Oh – and as it uses coaching approaches throughout, there is an added benefit in that you will also learn some coaching skills!

• Delegates will be able to experience a safe group coaching environment with other likeminded women. A golden opportunity to create the life they’ve always wanted.
• Delegates will have learned how to value themselves. Using practical tools delegates will explore what coaching is and how to use the techniques in everyday life.
• Delegates will have practiced assertive communication, and how to say no more easily; will have practiced coaching other delegates and will have been coached.
• Delegates will understand how they can be the best version of themselves. They will leave the programme with an understanding of what that ‘best version’ looks like for them. Every delegate will have a unique experience.
