A workshop for coaches who want to understand how to enable their neurodivergent clients to unlock their potential. This training supports coaches to recognise, understand and learn how to manage behaviours that are challenging across different settings.
In this interactive session, we will think about a spectrum of differences that will help develop your understanding and awareness of Neurodiversity and ways of supporting Neurodivergent clients. As a group, we will share experiences of working with and coaching Neurodivergent clients and together consider strategies for success and next steps.
Thinking and communication and sharing lived experiences will all contribute to our discussion and by the end of the session, we’ll have practised strength-based coaching and understand strategies that support working with the spectrum of Neurodiversity.
This course is suitable for internal and external coaches who want to expand their coaching offering to neurodivergent clients or expand their knowledge for existing neurodivergent clients.
